Job Description
This is a Fixed Term Contract position within the Web Support Team working as a Web Publisher helping to support day-to-day web changes for over 30 of the Group's customer facing websites- As part of a dynamic team who support a fast growing channel within the organisation, your role will be to work with business stakeholders and fellow members of the UK Retail Internet Team to ensure all web change requests are actioned in a timely manner to web publishing best practice standards and guidelines- It is anticipated that this fixed term contract will be for a period of around 8 months-
Requirements
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills-
- Good written and spoken English-

Responsibilities
The principle responsibilities of the role are: - Provide web publishing services in the support of existing websites
- Deliver Small Change Requests within timescales and quality
- Assist in the delivery of allocated Large Change Requests within timescales and quality
- Provide web publishing expertise to stakeholders and staff
- Support the continuous improvement programme for the Web Support Team
The Individual
You should be passionate about all things web, have a great attention to detail, a thorough understanding of current accessibility standards and be happy to be involved in multiple workstreams - working quickly and effectively for a successful outcome- Experience in Web Publishing or a relevant Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma or Masters Degree is essential-
