Background AXA ICAS are currently looking for Part Time Telephone Counsellors to be based in our Glasgow offices. Ideally we would be looking for a candidate to work for 22.5 hours per week. This is an exciting, fast paced yet demanding environment where you will be taking with calls from our clients staff dealing with a variety of situations. We are after someone who is BACP Accredited with extensive Post Qualified experience.
The role Our clients have purchased an Employee Assistance Programme from us and you will be responsible for taking calls from their staff. As an Accredited BACP member you will provide a high level counselling service to the employees in their time of need. You could be taking calls of all natures, either from a work or personal perspective. You will be responsible with the team for case management and you will assess customer needs and provide feedback back to their manager on their wellbeing, flagging any issues as necessary. This role requires a distinct level of sensitivity due to the nature of calls we take. It is essential that you are able to work quickly and discreetly when necessary to allow maximum efficiency of our counselling services.

What will you get from this role? The salary for this role is £28,350 per annum.
