The role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join our Corporate Client Delivery Team based in Eastbourne. You will be responsible for the performance and service delivery within the Occupational Health Co-Ordinator team. This includes managing the implementation of new OH clients, highlighting operational processes and procedures which can be improved to ensure we deliver excellent services to our clients. - People management - leading, managing and motiviating a team of Account Co-Ordinators
- Implementation - managing the implementation of OH clients, co-ordination of processes, identifying opportunities for improving processes and SLAs
- Relationship Management - monitor and manage internal and external relationships, colleagues, Managers and clients
Previous experience of managing a team is essential along with the ability to identify area's for process improvement and change. Experience within the Occupational Health industry would be highly advantageous. What will you get from this role?
