Job Description We are currently recruiting a Team Leader to support the Branch team- This role will involve responsibility for coaching and developing a team of customer service officers, maintaining and balancing their delivery of great customer experience, productivity and control/risk- Also to gain the commitment of your team to be customer centric, right first time, pursue continuous improvement, drive for efficiencies and innovate in services and processes- Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: . Ability to support own and others' development through effective coaching and feedback . Ability to manage the performance of others - including performance reviews and appraisals . Professional approach to daily work activities, maintaining high standards of personal conduct . Operate as an Ambassador for the Bank by displaying commitment to your team, business area, local community and the Group Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: . Developing, planning and implementing activities to support the development of your team, including effective coaching and feedback- . Supporting the Senior Bank Manager in delivery of people metrics and employee satisfaction- . Monitoring, observing and coaching your team holding meaningful conversation with customers, giving feedback as appropriate- . Ensuring you and your team constantly look for innovative ways of doing things better by identifying process improvements within your own area of work- The Individual You will: . Deliver optimum performance of the team through management of overall performance of individuals through 1:1 reviews and PDPs . Have knowledge of operational processes and regulatory requirements from a people management context . Progressed through the CSO Learning Journey to Excellence . Have the ability to work unsupervised Live the Retail Bank values  |
