Background Working closely with the Clinical Manager, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Services and in conjunction with colleagues across our 3 EAP sites, this position will be responsible for the day to day management of the Case Consultancy and Case Management teams. As well as all aspects of staff management, this position also requires the applicant to take a pro-active role in the development, delivery and maintenance of a quality and professional Employee Assistance / Employee Wellbeing service to individual and corporate clients in line with AXA-ICAS corporate strategy.
The role Key accountabilities: Effectively manage a team of Case Consultants / Case Managers to create an environment for self-motivation and clinically professional team working. Applying and developing, where necessary, AXA ICAS clinical procedures in conjunction with the Clinical Manager.Exercising sound clinical judgement together with an awareness of and strong commitment to, business and commercial needs. Manage own dedicated company caseload.
