| Job Description |

Due to reorganisation, a fantastic permanent opportunity has become available within AXA PPP healthcare's Strategic Planning Team, reporting to Head of Strategic Planning, as Strategy Consultant The role You will: - Provide assistance to the Head of Strategic Planning in supporting the Management Committee and Heads of Department relating to the planning process and associated project prioritisation activity.
- Support the management of the internal planning process and develop inputs from around the business.
- Provide supporting analysis to develop the strategic and operational plans.
- Monitor trends, shaping the competitive environment within which AXAPPP healthcare operates and draft reports/papers showing the impact on our business including analysis of competitors' reports and accounts.
- Provide support to other business functions with their strategic plans, researching & evaluating initiatives as appropriate - drafting ad hoc reports and returns for the Head of Strategic Planning required by AXAPPP healthcare, AXA UK , and AXA Paris
Skills, knowledge and behaviour You may not necessarily be educated to degree level, but you must be able to demonstrate intellect within a strategic environment and be / have: - Solid commercial knowledge and insight.
- Excellent financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of the private healthcare market.
- Strong delivery focus and able to take personal responsibility and accountability.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
- Able to influence / persuade others with good networking skills at all levels.
- An understanding of process through which business strategies are developed, strategic insight, creativity, logic and an understanding of AXAPPP healthcare / AXA UK strategy.
- Understanding of strategic analysis (including analytical frameworks and tools).
- Able to work with ambiguity / capacity to retain focus on delivery.
- Challenging mind and ability to think creatively / laterally.
- The ability to make recommendations / substantiate the rationale within a pressurised environment.
- Superb attention to detail, with a 'one & done' approach.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
