Job Description To project Manage diverse business change projects in UK and Europe- The Implementation Manager will also manage delivery through others via matrix management of key suppliers and stakeholders- Delivery - - Scope, plan and manage business change projects, ensuring all milestones are met and delivery is achieved and project delivers in line with approved plan- - Produce and mantain detailed and comprehensive delivery plans to achieve milestones whilst ensuring the end result meets requirements agreed with sponsor and business owner- - Manage the acquisition and analysis of data and processes to identify business problems and opportunities- - manage all deliverables to plan and quality standards including but not exclusive to Terms of Reference, Business Requirements, Test Strategy, Implementation Approach, Post Implementation Review- Controls - - Identify and assess impact of implementaion risks, issues and dependencies and take corrective action to achieve resoultion to the satisfaction os Senior Management and/or Buisness Owner- - Ensure appropriate governance is adhered to and that progress, risks, issues and dependencies are reported timely and accurately - Manage any change to scope, delivery plan or budget via approppriate governance forms- - Ensure self and any direct reports adhere to Hanco policies and control procedures, including completion and recording of Regular Reading & Viewing - Maintain a cost conciousness at all times and instil this in others Other Key Deliverables InterdeIndependence · Communicate objectives, benefits and progress to key stakeholders, suppliers and own team, ensuring a common and thorough understanding at all times · Develop and manage business relationships with key interested parties, including suppliers and partners both internally and externally · Share knowledge and best practice where appropriate to support continuous improvement within Hanco Staff &Staff & Personal Development · Actively participate in team and department development activities- · Pursue own personal development to enhance and develop knowledge and leadership skills, ensuring your Personal Development Plan is in place and maintained for ongoing skills and competency development · Pro-actively prepare for own 1:1s and performance management reviews, maintaining a log of performance achievements, STARs etc · Where line management responsibility features, ensure all direct reports are given regular feedback on performance against their objectives and ongoing support with their personal development FlexibiFlexibility to work on a range of initiatives across Hanco There There will be a requirement for travel within the UK and Europe TechnTechnical Knowledge: PrincePrince2 Practioner preferred- ProficiProficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Project and Visio- Experience · Previous change / project management experience, with good understanding of implementation management methodologies and a proven track record of delivery- · Proven ability to plan, organise, prioritise and monitor workload for self and others- · Commercial awareness is desirable and may be required to matrix manage others in a range of activities
