Background
AXA ICAS, one of the world's leading providers of Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Services Case Consultant. You will be joining our psychological services division to be based in Glasgow or Milton Keynes . You will be providing clinical commercial and contractual management for individual and group referrals to organisations who choose to access AXA ICAS on a fee for service basis.
The role
On a day to day basis you will be utilising your counselling experience to: Manage clinical and commercial counselling referrals and assessments from referring organisations. Manage specialist psychological assessments. Assist in the management of traumatic incident response. Provide specialist assessments to individuals routinely exposed to stressful or traumatic events. Attend meetings and compiling reports as required. Build and maintain internal and external relationships. Deliver presentations and workshops as required
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
We are looking for a team player who has a positive work attitude, that you can demonstrate empathy and you are articulate. You must have: A Diploma in Counselling or equivalent Educated to degree level or equivalent Demonstrable Counselling experience Post trauma training Accreditation with a Recognised Professional Body Commercial experience IT Literate - Word, Outlook
