We want to help all those small business customers looking for an alternative to high charges and 'me too' customer propositions - and we'll do this through growing our team and developing our product and service offering.
Small Business Advisers are exciting new roles across the branch network. These roles will see you take responsibility for Business Banking across a cluster of Branches, driving the business forward through new business acquisition and existing customer cross sales, whilst delivering quality customer service and being the local subject matter expert for Branch staff.
With your knowledge of business products and proven record of exceeding challenging sales targets you will be ideally suited to implement sales plans and take responsibility for their delivery. Your strong relationship building skills will see you become a key point of contact for customers and colleagues alike, enabling you to maximise opportunities across the branches. Working within quality and control procedures and minimising risk is a key part of this role. |
