Background An exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Sales team in a field based Sales role. You would be based from home covering the South East region. As the Senior Sales Consultant you will be developing new and existing corporate client relationships in order to generate new business for AXAPPP and AXA ICAS. The role Your role will include: To achieve and exceed personal sales targets for PMI , OH and EAP to direct customers within the South East region. Meeting prospective clients and build partnerships Promote AXA PPP Healthcare and ICAS Feedback market intelligence to Field Sales Manager about customer trends and intermediary movements Preparing and conducting presentations Liaise with key stakeholders in AXAPPP and AXA ICAS. Assist team in large tenders Skills, knowledge and behaviour You must have: A successful record of achieving target sales. Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales preferabally with large corporate organisations (500+) Field sales experience essential A working knowledge of multiple products and services. An understanding of OH/EAP/Absence management/ PMI is beneficial. Excellent relationship building skills. Self motivation The ability to work to tight deadlines. What will you get from this role?
