The role The role of Senior PR Executive has been created as part of the continuing development of the AXA Wealth external communications strategy. If successful you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategy and drive the reputation of AXA Wealth's business.
Build and maintain positive relations with key journalists
Adopt an innovative approach to media relations that highlights the strengths of the business's brand, products and services
Implement a thought leadership media strategy
Advise key internal stakeholders on business related issues and their media implications
Ensure that senior management and employees have sight of media coverage and our results
Skills, knowledge and behaviour The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Understanding of the financial services industry in particular investments or fund management
Experience in a PR role
Drive, ambition, and a passion to fast track their PR career
Ability to develop a media relations strategy and use all the main communications channels
Media savvy with strong contacts in the trade press
Credibility with the ability to influence, negotiate and gain respect from internal and external stakeholders
Creativity and an original way of thinking
An understanding of social media
