This 6 month Fixed Term position will be responsible for the production and editing of Santanders quarterly staff magazine "Ideas". The role will have over all control of the content of the magazine along with working with internal contributors, external agencies and senior members of the Santander UK leadership team to produce a high quality product.

As Senior Internal Communications Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include: .Experience editing/producing a publication .Experience in copywriting and proofreading skills .An understanding of working with external creative agencies and providing briefs .Experience of developing online publications .Excellent communications skills
As Senior Internal Communication Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
.Production of Santanders "Ideas" internal staff magazine .Writing copy, editing and proofreading submissions from internal contributors. .Liaising with the Santander UK Leadership team on stories and interviewing team members and celebrity contributors .Liaising with Creative agencies to produce artwork .Development of an intranet based channel for the magazine
