In the role of the Senior Self Invested Administrator, you will be required to administer Self Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) business, provide a high level of customer service and support the Team Manager when required. Job Description Customer Care Effective and courteous handling of all customer communications. Manage customers expectations and fulfil any promises made to customers. Identify and recommend ways in which to improve customer service. Ensure all hand-offs of a customer enquiry are followed through. Refer any expression of dissatisfaction or complaint to a Principal Administrator or Team Manager immediately. Process and Quality Control Ensure work is completed in accordance with current procedures or as directed. Carry out all administration diligently, taking due care and attention. Ensure work is completed accurately and work is checked in line with current procedures. Service Standards Complete work within agreed service standards. Prioritise work daily. Regulatory Requirements Be aware of and adhere to the FSAs Principles for Businesses Projects Contribute and provide input to projects as directed. Be aware of the specific rules and regulations that surround Self Invested pensions administration Technical Knowledge Be aware of any technical/industry changes relating to Self Invested pensions and communicate to the Team Manager. Training Provide training for key processes to other team members as requested by the Team Manager. Qualifications/Knowledge You need to be educated to Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English. You will need previous experience in a customer facing office environment within the financial services industry. Ideally you should have experience that covers New Business and Servicing within a Self Invested pensions environment. You should have attained CF1 and FA2 or be willing to undertake a structured development plan to move towards these qualifications within 12-18 months What will you get from this role?
