Background
This is an exciting opportunity to join the AXA Corporate Benefits Marketing team in Bristol to help drive the development and delivery of compliant and compelling employer and employee communications using various media methods. You will be required to support the development of literature and communications for all channels.
The role
- You will provide consistent brand experience to meet the business objectives in line with the AXA communications process.
- Working closely with relevant internal customers and stakeholders you will ensure that all communications meet the business and regulatory requirements therefore protecting AXA from regulatory and reputational risk.
- You will also establish relevant measures for TQC and evaluate the result of the campaign and communication activity and share the findings with relevant audience to enable measurement of return on investment.
- Through regular feedback sessions from stakeholders you will contribute to the improvements to the communications development process.
- You will also foster and manage working relationships with approved agencies and external suppliers to ensure effective day to day delivery of communications and campaign material.
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
- You will have previous financial services experience with specific exposure to Pensions (in particular corporate pensions), Investments or ISA's.
- Creative with a strong flair for the written word, you will posses robust copy writing skills. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to showcase your ability and knowledge.
- You will have excellent communications skills and be able to negotiate and influence stakeholders
