Job Description We have a position in our Retail Change Management Function at RBS for a Senior Change Analyst to work on Project Rainbow- The role is a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity to the end of November 2012 and is based in London-
Project Rainbow is the divestment of RBS branches- This Group wide programme is a critical part of activities to return Royal Bank of Scotland Group to standalone strength and meet obligations provided to the EU whilst helping shape and deliver services to customers- ? Responsibilities within the team will include managing the impact the divestment has on the retained parts of the Retail business- This is to ensure customers can continue to maintain the full products and services through all channels, and staff can provide the high level of service in accordance with our Helpful Banking goals once the divestment has completed- Requirements You will be responsible for working directly with a Project Manager to deliver a group of smaller projects for Retail including customer level analysis and developing communications, ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible-
You will also be accountable to key stakeholders for delivery of milestones to agreed quality and cost ensuring that governance is adhered to and that the progress of the project is formally tracked- You will identify, evaluate and track progress of risks, issues and dependencies, escalating them appropriately with suggested mitigating actions and implemented as directed- The Individual It is essential that you have experience of working on complex change projects in Financial Services- You will also have a detailed knowledge of the project life cycle, and experience of managing and influencing a large group of stakeholders-
