Job Description
Background
The purpose of this role is to manage the development and implementation of customer strategies and appropriate customer communications that supports the retention of individual PMI customers for AXA PPP healthcare to meet commercial objectives.     The role
    Key Accountabilities   Manage the development and implementation of customer retention and loyalty strategies, developing long term customer relationships based on trust and maximising future sales potential Manage production of our customer magazine be Manage specific online customer communications, development of our members' website and other online health and fitness initiatives such as the Step up Challenge - working closely with Ebusiness - all focused on improving retention rates. The management of segmented renewal communications strategies within the overall customer contact strategy Manage, implement and analyse the effect of added value communications for high and mid value customers. Active participation and involvement in company projects wherever our individual customers are impacted. Development and management of the Healthy Living Guides and Health at Hand fact sheets.


      Skills, knowledge and behaviour
        §         CIM or CII qualified

      §         Significant marketing (brand, internal/external communications)

      §         Strong commercial awareness and a business acumen to balance profitability with added value for the customer

      §         Customer focused

      §         Strong communication and interpersonal skills - to be able to effectively communicate with many different areas of the business, often with varying agendas
