We have an exciting new opportunity for a Reporting Manager role reporting into the Head of Data and Reporting for Procurement Services at Royal Bank of Scotland- This is a leadership position managing a team of approximately 8 individuals spread throughout the UK and India- The role will focus on managing and motivating the team and producing and providing analysis on 3rd party spend-
Deliverables
Identify and report on actionable data intelligence for Procurement Sourcing Group Managers and Business Leads- Present options and recommendations to senior management on commodity/business analysis and benchmarking-
Ensure continuous improvement of data quality in contract/spend analysis- Responsible for the development and implementation of Ariba Contract/Spend Analysis reports- Report all Spend/Contracts related metrics and provide meaningful global spend analysis- Key interface with the P2P/AP strategy to align the strategy for spend, contract and compliance data for Procurement Services- Responsible for the day to day management, development and competence of members of the Data & Reporting Team, requires the ability to lead, manage, develop and motivate individual members
The Individual
We would expect the successful individual to have significant commercial analysis skills and to have been in a similar role producing and analysing reports- Experience of using Ariba would be advantageous, although not necessary, but we would expect advanced Access and Excel skills- You may come from a finance background and be a part qualified or qualified accountant or you may be a business analyst or data analyst looking for your next move- At this level we would expect you to have had previous managerial experience of small teams-
You will have strong interpersonal skills and will collaborate widely with key business stakeholders of all levels over business requirements-
