We are currently recruiting for a Recoveries Advisor, whose role will be to recuperate delinquent and bad debt in an informed professional manner whilst aiming to minimise these debts by adhering to the current codes of practice. Working within the department guidelines, your goal will be to return accounts back to a performing status, to proceed from initial contact following recoveries strategies and where necessary to refer to External Debt Collection Agencies/Solicitors to recover the debt.
You'll need demonstrable experience in a customer service environment and previous experience working to agreed customer service related objectives or goals. You'll be a confident communicator and negotiator with excellent letter writing skills and the ability to act quickly and decisively to resolve problems. You'll understand who the customer is and their importance to business success as well as demonstrating enthusiasm to achieve excellent customer service.
