An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quotes Support position within the Centralised Quotes Team. 

This role is a great stepping stone for someone wanting to progress towards a career in Sales Support in the future.


    About The Role
    Salary Guide: £13,000 - £17,000

    The role holder will be required to;  
    • Deliver a quality service to the Regional Trading Unit's and Independent Financial Adviser's to ensure service standards are met and business targets achieved. To operate within the Company's brand values.
    • Consistently deliver a high level of service and achieve agreed service standards.
    • Prioritise your own workload of New Business Quotations to support the attainment of new business targets.
    • Assist with the day to day workload of the team by producing accurate new business quotations, collating and issuing appropriate sales packs and literature as appropriate.

      Key Responsibilities
      • To provide a professional, accurate and efficient service for our internal and external customers.
      • Demonstrate knowledge of the Aviva Life, Pensions & Retirement product range and keep up to date with any changes.
      • To maintain effective relationships with our customers in order to achieve business targets.
      • To be able to prioritise your own workload ensuring deadlines are met.
      • To accurately prepare and dispatch quotations and associated support documentation within agreed timescales.
      • To take responsibility for your own personal development.
      • To develop and maintain product, technical and compliance knowledge.


        Experience Skills & Qualifications
        • CF1 financial certificate (or studying towards is desirable)
        • Strong administrative background
        • Industry awareness
        • Ability to resolve issues in a customer focused manner
        • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
        • Effective communication skills
        • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
        • Attention to detail
        • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
        • Experience of delivering an agreed set of targets/objectives
        • The ability to produce accurate work in a pressurised environment
