Background A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Customer Support Centre Team in Leicester for an Quotations Processor. The purpose of this role is to provide quotation processing support to our internal and external customers whilst delivering the highest standard of customer care, this role demands accurate data processing skills. The role You will achieve agreed quality and productivity measures, ensuring that your work is completed to a high standard within the set SLA 's, completing incoming quotation requests work within the agreed timescales and supporting the sales teams with their quotation queries. You will provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers at all times whilst also supporting other areas of the business You will be compliant with FSA standards and the Data Protection act at all times. Skills, knowledge and behaviour - Experience of working in a customer service environment.
