Job Description To support the development of the compelling marketing propositions for own brands and partnerships businesses, which will drive new business sales, support the existing customer base and drive the desired brand metrics- To be support the of running the quarterly proposition planning process in collaboration with key stakeholders and the HOP- Requirements Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related subject Good communicator across all levels Strong organisational skills Experienced in managing complex stakeholder project and working cross matrix Responsibilities · In conjunction with the Head of Proposition lead the quarterly proposition process by brand and product, ensuring all insight required to drive stimulus is gathered and agreed prior to the session, to deliver the continued pipeline of propositions by brand and product, ensuring timings are aligned with the marketing planning process- · Lead and deliver the promotions/brand activation propositions that are generated from the foundations workshops- · Playing a key lead in the channel, product, pricing, sales/service and claims propositions- Ensuring that propositions being developed are aligned with the key customer insight and 'big idea'- · Developing a process for collating and maintaining an ideas hopper from the workshops, ensuring that all ideas are captured with insight behind and rationale as to why they were/weren't progressed- · Providing analysis and insight for the propositions development- · Briefing the insights team on research requirements in line with the process and timings for each work stream- Utilising findings to shape the proposition- · Working with the relevant stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of the propositions that have been developed, feeding results back in to the propositions process- · Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts across the business to ensure that the quarterly proposition process is a success- · Working across the business to refresh the key inputs in to the proposition process on a quarterly basis- - Ensure compliance with the principles/outcomes of TCF within your team/department by demonstrating knowledge of the TCF principles/outcomes, adhering to training and competency standards, demonstrating the Company values and, through accurate measurement and feedback of performance of the team/department, identifying opportunities for development and taking actions to address shortfalls-
