Background September 2009 was something of a landmark month for Wealth Management with the creation of a new strategic business unit, AXA Wealth, bringing all our wealth propositions together under one umbrella. The first step in AXA Wealth's restructure took place in mid-September when AXA DS and the Elevate wrap platform became a core element of the wealth management proposition. In addition to AXA DS, AXA Wealth is also made up of AXA Winterthur Wealth Management, Architas Multi-Manager and AXA Wealth International, which includes the Isle of Man and the Dublin businesses We are currently looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator to provide a defined administrative support service to the IT Programme team You will have a comprehensive understanding of a range of procedures that will be applied to work that is variable in nature. The role Typical responsibilities include: Administrative Support Project/Programme Administration including (but not exclusively): Email maintenance, Team drive maintenance, Data management and support of key information systems (e.g. Clarity), Processing of Work requests to 3rd Parties (e.g. Steria, AXA Tech), Meeting support, Invoice tracking. Administration and maintenance of project & programme documents and information systems to ensure that all information is appropriately filed, secured and readily accessible Reporting Produce reports / documentation Provide information in response to routine questions or route queries appropriately Progress control To regularly monitor each project against agreed measures, including the required completion / submission of Timesheets, Reports, Information Management data (e.g.: Clarity) etc Change Control Administer and process project change control systems / logs Risk & Issue, Assumption & Dependency Management Administer risk & issue, assumption & dependency logs at programme level and tracking actions Resource Management Maintain resource plans to a high level of accuracy and timeliness Relationship Management Administer Project Office communication plans Build effective relationships with internal customers Personal Development Continually seek out relevant industry and technical knowledge and improve on professional skills by completing necessary development activities Skills, knowledge and behaviour Required: Strong Administrative background Planning & organising skills Accurate and methodical Customer service focus Reliable Good standard of written communication, with good presentation skills Good working knowledge of Office products including PowerPoint and particularly Excel, with an ability to maintain and manage spreadsheet solutions and to develop simple complexity spreadsheet solutions Flexibility, adaptability & able to multi-task in a fast-paced commercial environment Desirable: - Knowledge of AXA information systems (Clarity)
