Job Description The Global Management Information Programme, within Finance, is responsible for gathering and prioritising MI requirements and delivering via either the MI Programme or an existing Finance Programme already operating in the relevant space- The programme ensures there is focus on global consistency, cost effectiveness, data quality and timeliness, as well as defining the Target Operating Model- The MI Programme comprises several workstreams; Regions MI, Client MI, Balance Sheet MI, P&L MI, Costs MI, Budget & Forecasting MI and Exec MI- Within the Balance Sheet MI Workstream, a Project Manager is required to deliver two critical inflight projects, and hence ensure Balance Sheet MI is improved at RBS Requirements Specific business knowledge & technical knowledge required: . Strong change lead experience working in Finance in an Investment Banking environment . Strong Project Management experience . Senior stakeholder management experience . Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA or qualified by experience, with practical experience in similar role . Strong front to back understanding of the Finance function . Strong academic background . Strong numerical and analytical skills . An understanding of Financial Markets . Tenacity to identify root cause of issues being researched and to see solutions through to implementation- . Ability to work with others to develop practical solutions . Ability to see the "bigger picture" whilst still be comfortable with the detail . Mobilised and run effective governance . Good Microsoft Office skills including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel

Good understanding of Management Information principles and practices as applied to Investment Banking environment Responsibilities A Project Manager is required to deliver 2 projects (Monthly granular TB and Granularity of Balance Sheet) within the MI Programme-

Creation of communications for regular stakeholder reports- . Provision of accurate and timely status reporting- . Maintenance of issues, actions, risks and communications logs- . Management of project resources- The Individual . Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and under pressure to tight deadlines . Clear communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to liaise at all levels, in different time zones . Demonstrate good initiative in identifying requirements, setting targets and deadlines . Excellent organisational skills . Proactive and self motivated, with good attention to detail- .
