This role will support the delivery of our product strategy and development across AXAPPP healthcare, whilst helping to develop and manage our existing and new products for the future.
The role
In this role, key responsibilities will include: - Creating and developing new product ideas as a result of either specific briefs, or from the identification of new market opportunities
- Investigating, assessing and making recommendations on the feasibility of new products
- Supporting the implementation and further development of new products
- Analyse MI on products to identify key trends, issues and opportunities
- Product management - ensuring continual competitiveness of current product range through market and competitor analysis
- Provide project management support to ensure effective delivery of product developments within agreed time and budget
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
The successful applicant will need to be a confident and good team worker, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
They will be required to prioritise and organise their own day to day work and maintain excellent lines of communication with team members and business stakeholders. They will have strong organisational, analytical, and creative skills. A proven eye for detail and quality will be required.
Ideally this position would suit someone with experience or an understanding of AXAPPP healthcare's current product range. They will also be capable of project planning and have a strong customer focus.
