Job Description At RBS Group, our customers are at the heart of everything we do- Working as an Advisor in our Collections and Recoveries Department you will help us provide the highest levels of service over the telephone while working in an environment where you will be supported by extensive training and being part of a great team- Requirements In this role, you will talk to our customers who are experiencing financial difficulties to find solutions which work for us and our customers and provide debt management advice- To be great at the role you will be tactful, diplomatic and always looking for ways to solve problems- This can be a challenging job but the satisfaction you get from delivering a successful resolution will be hugely rewarding- By working with our customers through what is a stressful time you will be making a real difference to someone's life and there is no better feeling than finding a solution or turning around a difficult situation- As well as resolving a minimum number of situations each week, you'll also need to meet customer satisfaction targets, which are measured both through feedback from customers and observation of your calls- You will, therefore, need to be professional, tactful and sympathetic- Responsibilities You will speak to our customers by telephone to find solutions to their financial difficulties- To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills which you can use in a tactful and diplomatic way to build relationships and empathy with our customers-
