Job Description Responsible for providing efficient PA support and assisting the Marketing & Technology Director and Finance Director in the achievement of their strategic goals- Requirements 1- Provide effective diary and email management- 2- Manage pre and post meeting activity (i-e- preparation of papers/presentations/packs) and the follow up of actions, ensuring both Directors are prepared for all meetings and actions assigned to the Directors are completed- 3- Manage aspects of HR administration for Marketing, Technology and Finance departments (i-e- updating of organisational charts, hierarchy and applicable cost centre changes)- 4- Coordinate departmental absence procedures, recording holiday, sick leave and ensuring both Directors are updated accordingly- 5- Provide effective administration support to both Directors (i-e- process expense claims, arrange travel and accommodation, book meeting rooms and record minutes)- 6- Provide support to the MD's Executive Assistant and in addition to other administrative staff within the department to cover absence and break times- Risk Ensure personal compliance and coordinate the Marketing , Technology and Finance teams are in compliance with Are You In Control (AYIC), Group Policy Framework (i-e- GPL), Health and Safety (plus any other risk-related activity as defined by group) to the required standard as set out by the RBS Group-
