Undertake high quality and proactive PA/secretarial and administrative duties to support the Director of People Services- Managing time to maximise productivity and effectiveness, whilst enabling the director to focus on key priorities-
Requirements - Relevant previous experience within a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
- Demonstrate discretion with confidential information
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to use initiative, role requires flexibility and re-prioritisation at short notice
- Good written and spoken communications skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Take full responsibility for one's own actions
- Ability to regularly work unsupervised and virtually
- Flexibility to travel to different locations
Responsibilities Proactive diary management, incorporate times for meeting preparation, thinking time and e-mail management - Management of pre and post meeting activity e-g- agendas and minutes
- Preparation of papers/presentations/packs
- Secretariat minute taking
- Processing expenses
- Travel management
- Manage IT/new equipment requests
- Book meeting rooms, catering etc
- Create an effective and efficient filing system
- Build a network with EAs and PAs across the business and HR, ensuring best practice and consistency in the function-
- Carry out activities relating to ad-hoc and specific projects/assignments-
The Individual You will require an excellent working knowledge of: - Word

- Outlook
