To provide PA support to the Global Head of HR Shared Services and HR Chief Operating office


    Requirements

    In-depth knowledge of PC applications - including Microsoft office, and Outlook to advanced level-   Excellent organisational skills along with proactive planning, prioritisation and agility to think on your feet- Excellent communication skills- Ability to manage own time effectively and that of the Global Head of HR Shared Services and her support team-   Attention to detail-   Planning and prioritising workload to deliver within tight / changing / conflicting deadlines-   Ability to work as part of a team, being able to maintain discretion, privacy and confidentiality- Co-ordination of internal / external meetings and events-   General correspondence and complex diary management- Diary and travel management- Preparing briefings, agendas or minutes- Administration of contractual documentation and expenses-   Action & or progress email queries- Produce draft letters, reports and presentations- Effective call screening-   Holiday cover for COO Office-
