Job Description Purpose of the role: Design, implement and make effective use of models to measure and track global demand, functional efficiency and effectiveness at a functional, regional and cluster level- Produce and analysis reports tracking global demand and operational effectiveness/efficiency via the above models, including the Group Resourcing Scorecards, making appropriate recommendations for improvements in all areas- Work with the Resourcing Teams and the divisions to improve Operational effectiveness- Support Group Resourcing work/projects related to operational effectiveness and efficiency- Activities: - Lead specific work as directed by Operations Manager to support operational excellence across Group Resourcing
- Build, embed and maintain models to measure functional efficiency and effectiveness-
- Production and analysis of regular and adhoc reports for senior stakeholder's use, within Group Resourcing, making appropriate recommendations to drive performance improvements- Reporting includes global demand and Group Resourcing Scorecards-
- Contract with stakeholders, including BIS, around all aspects of MI production/delivery and action planning around uplifting Resourcing performance where appropriate-
- Identify trends in MI/data and highlight areas of differential performance to stakeholders with recommendations for improvement-
- Continually seek to improve the quality of reporting by reviewing the effectiveness of reports and measures on a regular basis
- Build confidence of stakeholders and the divisions in the quality of reporting and analysis produced-
- Build a detailed understanding of the Group Resourcing performance/metrics (scorecards) and be able to communication this in an effective and proactive manner-
- Contribute to the overall continuous improvement culture-
- Track and report Workout activity including benefits tracking
- Support projects related to operational efficiency and global demand-
Deliverables: - Effective use of models to measure and track global demand and functional efficiency/effectiveness-
- Appropriate recommendations to drive improvements in functional efficiency and effectiveness
- Informative analysis of the whole data suite to identify risk, issues and opportunities-
- Effective reporting of Group Resourcing workout programme and benefits tracking
The role will be offered as an initial 6 month secondment which may be extended- Requirements Experience: Essential: - Excellent organisational skills

- Microsoft office including outlook, excel and PowerPoint
- HR systems and reporting tools-
