A MIS/Analytical Support Manager is required as part of Santander's UK business Strategy, Planning and Investor Relations function. This high profile role supports Executive decision-making through undertaking strategic analysis as well as implementing related reporting requirements. Reporting into the Head of Strategy, Planning and Investor Relations, you will provide MIS and data analysis support as required. You will ensure data requirements or feeds from the MIS / Reporting System are delivered within tight deadlines and working with data/information providers to ensure the quality of data and speed of delivery meets requirements. Researching, understanding and analysing a range of performance related measures you will leverage the data capability offered by the MIS system as well as rapidly responding to a range of analytical requests from Executive management.

As our ideal candidate you will be an expert Business Objects user with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and a strong track record in delivering data solutions to key stakeholders. With strong communication skills you will be comfortable communicating at all levels and possess the necessary influencing and negotiation skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
