This exciting role sits within a small team who are responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly management information to UKI Partnerships Management team and our many Partners- Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include:- - Timely production of daily, weekly and monthly management information to UKI Partnerships and Partners-
- Ensure that reports are produced to agreed quality standards and service levels-
- Ensure that data transfers and reports are supplied in a manner that meets Group Information Security Policy Standards-
- System maintenance and data management-
- Assist in the analysis of requests for information and prioritise against business needs-
- Be aware of and comply with rules and requirements of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and other legal/regulatory/risk management frameworks-
- Manage own time to maximise efficiency of the team-
The Individual To succeed in this role, you must have - High level of IT literacy, specifically good working knowledge of Excel-
- Knowlege of a range of business systems including Cognos, Business Objects and TM1, or willingness to learn-
- Good working knowledge of MS Access (desirable)
- Experience of working with management information and databases-
- Good time management skills-
- Self motivated and ability to work on own initiative-
