Job Description
To win and retain profitable business from brokers allocated to you- To improve your underwriting and trading skills and those of other Underwriters within the Region- To develop advantageous relationships with the broker/s you have been allocated-
Requirements
Proven Commercial Underwriting experience- Relationship building experience, as you will be based in a Broker's offices-
Responsibilities
· Delivery of the GWP/Profit Plan for the broker/s allocated to you · Meeting and where possible, exceeding brokers service expectations · Building relationships with key broker personnel to support business goals · Deliver rate carry requirements for your areas of responsibility to achieve loss ratio objectives · Ensuring personal output is accurate and timely · Ensuring all activities are carried out within Governance Frameworks · Contribute to the wider business activities · Improving your own underwriting and trading skills

Further Information
Basic Salary up to £27,500 + 10% Flexible Benefits Allowance + 11% Non Contributory Pension + 25 Days Annual Leave + Performance Related Discretionary Bonus- (Flexible Benefits and Pension can be taken partly or wholly as cash, taking the package up to £30,000+)
