| Job Description |
Welcome So, you've read the details on our website and you're ready to apply for the IT Graduate Programme. You meet the minimum requirements: - Minimum 2:1 in IT /Computer / Business / Science / Maths related degree
- Placements over the two years will be based in Bristol, Tunbridge Wells, Lytham, Ipswich and Basingstoke
- Geographical mobility is important as you may be required to move between sites during or at the end of the programme. Mobility will also help widen your career opportunities across our different sites.
The journey begins here by evidencing your achievements in life and in turn hoping you'll be successful in each of our recruitment selection stages: - Online Application Form
- Online Tests
- Face-to-Face Interview
- Assessment Centre
Our recruitment process is designed to help us choose the right people to join AXA, however it allows you to make sure that AXA is right for you too. You'll now go on to complete your application and registration details online. The format of this application is: 5 behavioural questions which are : - Based on your knowledge of the programme and the organisation, please outline the key factors that influenced your decision to apply to AXA and the IT Graduate Programme?
- AXA is keen to understand what motivates you. Please provide an example of a time when you have been extremely motivated?
- Describe a time when you have been a customer of an organisation and have received poor customer service, or been treated unfairly. How did this make you feel, and what did you learn from this experience?
- Describe a time when you have identified a need for change and approached a senior person (i.e. tutor, manager, parent) in order to progress ?
- Describe a time when you have worked co-operatively and collaboratively with others to achieve a goal?
- General information questions
We recommend that you prepare your answers fully to the application questions prior to completing online as the system can time out - see questions above. Finally, every year we receive a huge number of applications for a small number of vacancies, so give it your best shot as you only get one chance - and good luck. The Closing Date for applications is 31st December 2009. If you do have any specific queries please email careersaxa-uk.co.uk
