| Job Description |
Background AXA Wealth is a dedicated Wealth Management company. Our business is part of the AXA Group, one of the largest companies in the world. We offer a comprehensive range of pension and investment products in the UK and Ireland. Our proposition includes Elevate, our market leading wrap platform, and Architas, our investment and multi-manager specialists. The role Based in Basingstoke within the busy Strategic Internal Communications Team, you will provide the team with support and assistance in order to ensure the internal communications programme is successfully delivered. As Internal Communication Executive your focus will be on promoting a two way engagement culture. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Full organisation of internal employee engagement events (e.g. securing venues, managing registration etc.)
- Assisting in the development of creative presentations to support internal events
- Updating the intranet to cascade urgent operational updates
- Management of the Corporate Communications mailbox & company-wide distribution lists
- Working closely with the Channel Executive to champion the increased use of social media
- Ensure all communication channels, including online, are updated regularly to support key campaigns
- Protect the reputation of the organisation
Skills, knowledge and behaviour The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: - Genuine ambition to work within Strategic Internal Communications
- A degree or experience within this field
- Passion for social media and the skills to champion this across the business
- Knowledge of Financial Services would be an advantage
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Creativity - willingness to suggest and try out new ideas
- Effective communication skills and the ability to establish relationships within the business
