We have a new role, which is to support the Head of Planning in setting a business incentive scheme. The scheme aims to drive correct colleague performance / behaviours to achieve the business objectives. The role is focussed on the design, agreement and implementation of the scheme.
In addition you will be responsible for:
· The processing and communication of incentive payments to sales colleagues. · Creating and managing a governance framework surrounding the scheme and ensuring all aspects of the scheme are measurable · The production of (motivational) indicative payments and final payments results to the sales force
You will have a background in: · Financial / analytical role(s) in the Financial Services Industry · Proven stakeholder management skills · Strong communication and influencing skills · Performance management · Business modelling
You will have strong market knowledge of the intermediary market, and be educated to a degree standard or equivalent.
