In this role you will be required to provide a comprehensive service for and manage all aspects of new group scheme implementations for all DC solutions marketed by AXA Life. You will Project Manage each implementation ensuring the scheme requirements, risks and issues are fully understood and documented. Working closely with key clients you will be acting as the single point of contact to ensure Implementations are delivered on time in accordance with the project key milestones. Key Result Areas · Lead the implementation of new group scheme implementations, including GPP, Stakeholder, CIMP and S32(a) products · Project manage scheme implementations, ensuring the timescales are adhered to and all key milestones are met. This will include maintaining accurate project, risk and issue logs as well as provide effective communications (both verbal and written) throughout each implementation · Ensure all aspects of scheme design and Embassy set up are completed accurately and efficiently · Provide face to face training and support to HR/Payroll/Trustees in the operation of the scheme as required · Assist the drive for new business by providing local support to tender and questionnaire responses · Support and participation in presentations to prospective clients, including Beauty Parades and Site Visits, with key intermediaries, including Employee Benefit Consultants, Independent Financial Advisers and Payroll Providers · Develop strong working relationships with all key internal parties, including AXA Account Directors and Client Relationship Managers · Work effectively with all internal departments to define and develop web, literature and administration requirements, culminating in the accurate and timely handover of the scheme to the Scheme Administrator · Manage and control the performance of the Implementation Co-ordinator supporting each implementation, ensuring open and regular dialogue, identification of development areas and providing training where appropriate · Contribute new ideas and provide input on existing processes and new projects (as directed), ensuring the appropriate resources are engaged where required . Knowledge and Qualifications · Comprehensive knowledge of group DC Pensions Market, including Trust and Contract based arrangements · Substantial experience of internal and external relationship management · First rate presentation skills · Proven track record of Project Management · Experience of working to challenging deadlines · A Comprehensive knowledge of the Embassy system and processes would be an advantage · Full FPC (or equivalent) or a commitment to work towards an agreed professional qualification is essential Closing date for applications Closing date for applications: 31st March 2010
