| Job Description |
This role will be based in Bradford but travel within North England, Scotland and Northern Ireland will be required.

Working closely with the Senior HR Consultants you will provide advice and support to line managers in the management of individual employee relation's issues. You will help to ensure fair and consistent approach to the application of people policies, and use your judgement to provide expert advice. This will include management of long-term sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability case management. You'll keep up to date on the latest changes and updates in employment law, case law and policies as well as making sure you have a broad understanding of changes influencing the update to policies.
Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent in either business; HR or another related subject as well as holding a CIPD membership or actively working towards this. You'll need an in depth knowledge and application of employment law as well as previous experience of operational Employee Relations. Your ability to analyse data and make appropriate recommendations for action will be required along with your ability to coach and influence at all levels. Above all this you will need proven case management experience, problem analysis and decisions making skills.
