Job Description Infrastructure and Change manages and delivers the group-wide strategic HR change agenda, including delivery of the strategic planning process for HR- The team is also responsible for the delivery of global HR technology solutions- To support this HR Change programme we now have an opportunity for an HR Project/Change Manager to join us either in Edinburgh (Gyle) or Manchester- This role represents a challenging opportunity to gain significant experience within a major HR transformation programme where you will ultimately be responsible for project managing the Implementation & Cutover of a number of deployments (for example recruitment/talent management, learning management solutions & core HR systems changes)- As an HR Project Manager you will manage projects through the go live phase and will provide post live support/change management as required- A key aspect of your role will also focus on transitioning to the Business As Usual teams ensuring a consistent service is provided within HR- Experience This HR Project Change Manager role would be ideally suited to candidates who have demonstrable project delivery experience within an HR environment (delivering both systems and business change)- Financial services based experience is preferred but not essential- Your project management experience will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to understand deployment needs of our HR systems (not from a technical perspective)- As such you will be used to liaising with technology teams as well as a range of business stakeholders- If you have previous experience of HR systems such as PeopleSoft that would be highly advantageous- The ability to operate within a matrix management structure will be required and some travel may feature as part of this role-
