This role is a 12mth FTC covering Maternity Leave and can be based in Liverpool or Manchester.

In this strategic and challenging role you will need to be commercially aware and driven, with proven expertise in HR. We want to be the best bank in the UK and we constantly evolve to achieve this and to deliver the service our customers want to see. HR is the heart of everything we do, so we need you to be as dynamic and flexible as we are, whilst remaining objective and results orientated.
As the face of HR in your business area you will be expected to be a champion of change and an ambassador for the function. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential as you gain the trust of business leaders and prove your credibility through your challenging and effective ideas. The ability to speak Spanish would be an advantage, although not essential.
