To provide critical business support to the Head of SIG


    Requirements
    • Working at a senior level within a financial services organisation
    • Strong academic qualifications preferably to degree level
    • Strong MS Office Skills (especially MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

      Responsibilities

       

      REPORTING

       

      • Ensure that SIG's internal performance reporting obligations are completed on an accurate and timely basis-   This will include the compilation and preparation of both regular and ad-hoc performance and business reporting, including responsibility for co-ordinating the quarterly SIG Committee pack

       

      GOVERNANCE

       

      • Liaison with the COO team to maintain an appropriate operating model and governance framework-
      • Liaison with the COO team regarding business change including the opening of new offices and the introduction of new products under management-
      • To assist in the production of a comprehensive policies and procedures manual for SIG-

       

      COMMUNICATION

       

      • Primary responsibility for the publication of SIG specific communication updates
      • Organisation of the quarterly SIG off-site conferences including collation of output
      • Arrangement of seminars on key matters relevant to SIG staff and its business
      • Responsible for the upkeep of SIG specific Intranet pages
      • Organise and minute SIG fortnightly teleconferences
      • Responsible for the collation and publication of the   SIG internal newsletter

       

      HUMAN RESOURCES

       

      • Responsibility for all activities relating to the process around new Joiners, Movers & Leavers for SIG staff
      • Management and coordination of staff absences within the team
      • Coordination for SIG around all aspects of the people management process (appraisals, group policy learning etc)
