Job Description The Change Management function within the Retail Chief Operating Office brings together Process and Change Management for UK Retail- Delivering a wide variety of projects from small changes to large Group Programmes, including the Retail Transformation Programme Retail- Change Management is based in 3 offices in the UK: London, Edinburgh and Glasgow- This role can be located in London, Glasgow or Edinburgh - Responsibilities - Research, analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendations to the Change Manager
- Manage partial delivery of the project plan or products within the plan to time, cost and quality
- Draft project documentation, such as sub project scope, Business Requirements, Implementation Approach, Post Project Review
- Support the preparation and / or review of business cases
- Identify and record risks and issues in accordance with project standards
- Agree escalation level, and then manage those assigned through to resolution
- Work with all project stakeholders to ensure they have a full understanding of their responsibilities and commitments to the projects as well as the impact of the project on their respective businesses
The Individual - Work experience in a Project / Change Management environment and/or working knowledge of a business operation and related technology
- Gathering information from a range of different sources and in a number of different ways e- g- data collection, interviews, meetings, review of processes, manuals, documentation review etc
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads and work on own initiative
