Working closely with the branches in your area, you'll take the mystery out of financial planning for our customers and provide advice on everything from investments to inheritance tax.
At Santander we have a market beating incentive scheme that starts at 80% of target and incrementally increases with the opportunity for uncapped earnings when in out performance levels. It's important that you can combine a persuasive, straight-talking approach with strong admin and organisational skills. You'll also need to be fully qualified to at least CEFA4/FPC3 level or equivalent, with a strong record of accomplishment in sales from retail Bancassurance environment.
