This Financial Planning Manager (FPM) position operates within Britannia Financial Advisory Services (BFAS) from the Ilford Branch. As FPM for AXA you will be providing financial advice to customers, working with a comprehensive range of products, including life, protection, regular and lump sum investments and retirement planning. In response to your customer needs you are required to show flexibility in your working hours on occasion. The role reports into the Sales Development Manager. The role - Building relationships with key contacts within the Britannia Building Society branch; coaching and motivating them to help generate sales.
- Building relationships with customers in order to drive and sustain sales, to meet new business and business quality targets.
- Identifying and converting opportunities for driving sales growth and cross selling.
- Meeting activity levels and lead generation requirements.
- Capturing and analysing relevant information to inform sales planning.
- Taking accountability for resolving customer service issues in order to maintain the overall quality of the relationship with Britannia Building Society and our customers.
- Ensuring appropriate records are maintained and comply with FSA requirements
Skills, knowledge and behaviour - To be successful in this role, you will need to:-
- Have the ability to maintain and develop strong working relationships with the branch staff (who provide you with qualified leads)
- Have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering sales growth
- Have some experience within Financial Services
- Be able to work as part of a sales team
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Hold Competent Adviser Status
- Hold full FPC
