We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst (Claims Reserving and Partner Bordereau Analyst ) to work in our AXA PPP offices in Tunbridge Wells. The role You will be expected to undertake a number of accounting and reporting tasks with particular focus on the following areas (A full role profile is available via the link below): Bordereau and partner accounting and reporting - You will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of the business that is conducted through our AXA PPP business partners. Partnerships include International Agencies and strategic UK distributors. These partnerships often involve complex reinsurance and profit share arrangements which need to be completed in a timely and accurate manner. Claims Reserving - You will assist in the monthly claims reserving process by analysing claims data to review and calculate claims and reserves and to identify emerging patterns by major product lines; assessing the reliability and accuracy of the data and challenging where necessary. Reconciliations - You will produce monthly reconciliation of all bordereau and partner accounting and ensuring that the quarterly balance sheet reconciliations are completed and signed off by the Claims Reserving and Partner Bordereau Manager. The role will also give you a great opportunity to actively participate in all change programmes affecting partner systems and claims provisioning to ensure successful implementation of new systems, processes and controls. Skills, knowledge and behaviour Ideally candidates will be Qualified or Part Qualified (ACCA or CIMA ) accountants or have extensive commercial experience as a Financial Analyst. All candidates should be able to demonstrate: - Superb Excel Skills (pivot tables, VLookUps)
