To be considered for this role you'll need or expect to gain a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business or another subject with significant financial or accounting content. As a Graduate Finance Professional your main responsibilities will involve: - This role will consist of four rotations, giving you a broad and varied experience of Santander before your final year concentrating on developing in-depth experience and skills in a more specialised area.
- Working in a clearly defined job area, you'll obtain and analyse data for modelling, test assumptions, or investigate technical problems.
- You'll also provide technical support and advice to the business, helping to implement new standards in low risk areas and acting as the reference point for queries, ensuring the bank's financial control framework is adhered to, as well as assisting in ensuring well-informed business decisions are made. This will develop your relationship building skills.
