A fantastic opportunity to support the Head of Events in planning and delivering a wide range of internal events for the Chief Executive and his Managing Directors, across RBS Insurance- This will cover a variety of pan- RBS Insurance and business area focused events - a key communication channel used to engage and inform our people- A demanding, but hugely rewarding and varied role that requires an exceptional candidate-


    Requirements

    Ability and commitment to deliver to tight deadlines, good project management/planning skills, have a high degree of attention to detail, excellent relationship management skills and the confidence to liaise professionally with some very senior / key stakeholders, ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook, a flexible "can do" attitude, someone who is calm and is happy to muck in at whatever level across the team- Good PC skills


      Responsibilities

      Assist with the planning and delivery of a variety of events, from small management meetings to large scale conferences and the Chief Executive Awards- Managing relationships with both our key internal stakeholders, liaising with our suppliers and managing budgets, as well as some administrative work- Full details can be found on the attached role profile-
