Background We are looking for an Employee support Administrator to provide administrative support to case managers/counsellors and managers, as required. The role Key aspects of this role are dealing with customer needs/requirements, co-ordinating appointments between clients and appropriate personnel. Organising and arranging case-management paperwork ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded in accordance with the Company's standards of quality assurance.Taking responsibility for own professional development to ensure the ongoing quality of service by participating in regular coaching sessions, performance and development reviews and maintaining own record of learning.
