Background We are looking for a Case Manager to work closely with case consultants and case coordinators to provide quality clinical input, delivering a high quality timely professional EAP/EWP (Employee Assistance / Employee Wellbeing Programmes) service to individual and corporate clients.
The role Key elements of this role include checking post assessment feedbacks on a daily basis and distributing cases to appropriate case management. Liaising with the telephone counselling team regarding cases and/or enquires as required. Effectively managing own case load and the work of affiliate counsellors and identifying any poor practice in accordance with clinical procedures. Assisting when required in arranging face to face counselling, in accordance with clinical procedures and identifying any client or corporate risk in accordance with flagging procedures progressing the case accordingly.
Skills, knowledge and behaviour Must be professionally accredited (actual or demonstrably in process).
