The role The Strategic Partnerships team has been established to identify, prioritise and target various B2B growth opportunities for AXA Wealth with an objective of securing deals which bring profitable assets in to AXA Wealth. The Database & Quality Assurance Executive will play a fundamental role in improving quality, consistency and efficiency across all AXA Wealth business proposals through the implementation and maintenance of 'best practice' processes and quality assurance management of the online tender repository system. Specific responsibilities will include: - Identifying, storing and maintaining accurate and up to date content to support the 'best practice' tender response production process. Ensuring the wording is strong and includes the key features and benefits of AXA Wealth.
- Ensure that the repository is kept up to date and made accessible to the appropriate individuals within the Strategic Partnerships Team and the business at large, when required.
- Proactive identification of new content to ensure outputs provides AXA Wealth with competitive advantage.
- Ensure that the re-use of content is maximised, with a view to achieve high efficiency in the Strategic Partnerships process.
- Responsible for ensuring that the repository is fully maintained and current from an IT systems/software perspective through management of our external supplier. Including training the team following any additional software in subsequent releases.
- To ensure the delivery of high quality, professional and innovative templates (in Word, PowerPoint etc.) to support the creation of tender responses (RFI, RFP submissions and customer pitches).
- Ensuring that each tender response conforms to brand guidelines and reflects AXA external image within the chosen market.
- Responsible for ensuring high quality standards are consistently maintained and that all documents produced by the team comply with best practice quality processes and procedures. To that purpose, the role holder will be responsible for formatting and reviewing all documentation produced by the team for quality assurance.
- Act as the conscious of the team to ensure robust processes and communications in place both from a database management and quality control perspective and a clear audit trail exists for all deals through effective file / data management.
