Background A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Customer Support Centre Team in Leicester for an Administrator. The role The purpose of this role is to provide administration and support to our internal and external customers, whilst delivering the highest standard of customer service. You will be responsible for the production and ammendment of quotations for new and existing business. You will produce renewal documentation, fulfil literature requests and letters, deal with both telephone and written enquiries. Also making the necessary amendments to the group or policy holder details ensuring that these processes are carried out in accordance with our agreed service levels and quality. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines is a must! Skills, knowledge and behaviour - Self motivated
